  • Theory of operators and functional analysis
  • Ordinary and partial differential equations
  • Finite difference and functional equations
  • Stochastic differentia equations and their numerical approximation
  • Geometry and topology
  • Applications of mathematics in natural, economic and social sciences
  • Calculus of variation, optimization and control theory
  • Monte Carlo methods and stochastic simulations
